Patchwork

Love it! Not sure why....but I've always been attracted to grid patterns, which is odd because I don't consider myself an orderly person. At all. Actually, I'm the sloppy, artist type. When I'm at home I'm usually wearing old clothes covered in paint and varnish. 'Cause I never know when I'll be working on something for Carolina Cottage. Might ad well be prepared. Therefore, I feel like such a slob when I go out on the front porch or walk the dogs around the neighborhood. The neighbors must think I have absolutely no style. Oh well...

My First Map Table

I've been wanting to decoupage a piece of furniture for soooo long. I finally worked on this table last weekend. It's not too bad for my first attempt.
