New At The Cottage

These started life as shadow boxes. There are two styles. One that is freestanding, one that is meant to hang on the wall. The hanging style will stand up if you tilt it a little and lean it against a wall.
Oh, and the bottom part of the frame makes a great place to display small pretties.

I think they turned out really well and are quite pretty.

$30 and $35, respectively, in my shop. Right now. As always, custom orders are welcome.

Computer Down!

Yikes! Our computer contracted a virus last night. I am almost to the point of panicking. I'm in the middle of stuff. Seriously, there is no good time for this to happen. Hubby is trying to fix it and I'm trying to figure out how to work around it. I guess I will have to bring my camera into to work to upload photos. Don't like doing that....

Please, oh, please...god of computers - come fix my machine!!

New Item At The Cottage

Jewelry holder/display box. It began it's life as a shadow box. I like the ledge at the bottom for making a display out of jewelry and small items.

Now for sale in my shop.
More designs and sizes coming soon!

Wow! 500 Hearts. This very day. I love each and every one of them. I feel very fortunate that people like my work. I try really hard to create a quality product and I worry each time one goes out my door that it's not good enough.

I was amazed that someone wanted to buy something that I have made. As of today, 70 people have bought something that I have made. And at least 500 people like what I do. Very humbling and gratifying. And inspires me to create more and keep making it better.

Featured In Storque Article

The Etsy folks did a room makeover for OriginalsBy Lynnette and she chose some of my products to help beautify her new space. Her favorites were posted at the bottom of the article, and THREE, yes THREE, of my items are there for all the world to see. Great exposure for me - I've had 4 sales in 2 days. You can read the full article here

Now if I can get the Etsy folks to notice me a little bit more...

You may have guessed that I love art using numbers and/or letters. Here is a prime example:

Created by Theresa, her website is here: http://www.otsutree.com/art.html

What I'm Working On

These are jewelry holders. They are in the development stage. Still have some things to work out. Seems they need to be taller to hold necklaces better. Hmmmm...will have to go shopping again...

2 1/2 Eskies

Shiya, Goldi, Denver

Denver and Shiya are 100% American Eskimo Dog, Goldi is a mix. All were adopted from Eskie Rescuers United. My family was a foster home for Eskies for about a year and a half.
